Some of our recent engagements have included:
- New Programs: Development, launch, and on-going management of of a new career center for graduate students
- Organizational Effectiveness: Review and assessment of career development programs for undergraduates resulting in recommendations for improving and aligning services, programs, operations, and organizational structure
- Executive and Strategic Advising: Support senior administrators in the areas of change management, strategic planning, and human resource policy development during a time of significant organizational change within an institution
- Talent Development: Support a university’s human resource office in reviewing the effectiveness of staff learning programs and provide collaborative leadership in developing a new best-in-class talent development program
- Executive Coaching and Advising: Provide one-on-one leadership coaching and strategic support over six months to a newly promoted Dean of Students at a large university
